Here's why I'm late ...
My plan yesterday was to go to Fillmore, N.Y., which is about an hour from here, and visit Lynn Barry, another author with the same publishing company as mine. Well, I wanted to suprise her so I didn't call first. I got to the diner she owns and found out she would be on vacation for a week starting yesterday. Ugh!!!! So, since I was only a few miles from Letchworth State Park I went there. On the way back I stopped at a Chinese buffet place & had sushi for the first time. I loved it! I also promised myself I'd buy a new printer yesterday. So I did that, too, then stayed up 'til 4 a.m. playing around with it. Anyway, that's why I overslept.
