Number 3 on my list is The Usual Suspects. My favorite scene starts when Dave Kujan (Chazz Palminteri) realizes Verbal (Kevin Spacey) is Keyser Söze. The first time I saw it I was blown away when the camera scanned the bullentin board and we saw the pieces coming together. Then when Kujan drops the coffee cup and Kobayashi is printed on the bottom of it? Awesome! The effect now is never the same as when I saw it the first time. How could it be? But I still love it.
The third movie I couldn't fit onto the list is The Sixth Sense. As with The Usual Suspects, the effect can never be the same as when I saw it the first time but it's still one of my favorites. I think my favorite scene is when Malcolm realizes he's dead.
